I am delighted to share our newest publication, entitled "Measurement of Real Time Serotonin Dynamics from Human-Derived Gut Organoids", published today in ACS Analytical Chemistry. This was a fun collaboration with Gavin Bewick at King's College, London. Drs. Bettina Bohl and Yuxian Lei lead this work, where they optimized our voltammetry method to study serotonin release from gut organoids derived from humans.
This method is now being used to ask important biological questions about serotonin's roles in the gut/brain axis, watch this space for more! Congratulations team!
